This vintage handcrafted tote bag is a traditional Kenyan kiondo, meticulously woven from durable sisal fibers. It features a striking horizontal striped pattern in a sophisticated palette of terracotta, charcoal, and natural tan earth tones. The bag is reinforced with genuine leather trim along the top opening and features long leather shoulder straps designed for comfortable over-the-shoulder carry. A distinctive embossed leather tab featuring a lion motif highlights its regional provenance. The spacious interior is fully lined and secured with a full-length zipper closure, making it a functional piece of functional folk art.
