Are your items new or used?

Unless otherwise noted, items sold through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are previously owned merchandise that has been donated to Rappahannock Goodwill Industries. Some donated items may be new with tags or in like-new condition.

Where do your items come from?

All merchandise is donated by individuals and businesses throughout the communities served by Rappahannock Goodwill Industries.

How often is inventory updated?

New inventory is added every day. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, shoppers are encouraged to check back frequently.

Will an item be restocked if it sells?

Most items are unique donated finds and are available in limited quantities. Once sold, the exact item is unlikely to be available again.

Do you sell authentic brand-name merchandise?

Our team works to accurately identify and describe donated merchandise. Brand names, trademarks, and logos are used solely to identify and describe items offered for resale.

Can I earn Goodwill Rewards points when shopping online?

Yes. Eligible purchases made through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace earn Goodwill Rewards points according to the current program terms.

Can I redeem Goodwill Rewards points online?

Yes. Eligible rewards may be redeemed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace according to current program rules.

Can I earn rewards in stores and use them online?

Yes. Eligible rewards earned at participating Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail stores may also be redeemed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace.

Can I earn rewards online and use them in stores?

Yes. Eligible rewards earned through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace may also be redeemed at participating Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail stores.

Do rewards work on other online marketplaces?

No. Goodwill Rewards benefits apply only to eligible purchases made through participating Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail stores and the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Most items available through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace can be shipped directly to customers.

Do you offer local pickup?

Many items are eligible for local pickup. Availability and instructions will be provided during checkout when applicable.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within our normal fulfillment timeframe. Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method.

Can I combine shipping?

Pricing & Marketplace Policies

Do you price match items found in Goodwill stores?

No. Prices listed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are determined independently from prices found in our retail stores and are not eligible for price matching.

Why are online prices different from store prices?

Online pricing may differ from retail store pricing based on product demand, brand, rarity, condition, and the additional services required to photograph, list, fulfill, and ship online orders.

Do you price match other retailers or websites?

No. Prices listed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are not eligible for price matching with other retailers, websites, or marketplaces.

What condition are your items in?

Because our inventory is donated, item condition varies. Product listings include photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes whenever applicable.
