This Neptune Garment Co. of Boston topcoat is a professional utility garment featuring a classic double-breasted silhouette. Produced under USAF Certification No. 57 MBP (dated 1988), it adheres to military-specification standards for durability and appearance. The textile is a robust 55/45 polyester and wool blend designed for seasonal versatility and long-term service.
• Double-breasted closure with matching adjustable buckle waist belt

Condition: Very Good pre-owned condition. The fabric shows light overall wear and moderate wrinkling from storage. Several small white surface marks are visible on the exterior of the left sleeve cuff area as shown in the detail photos.
