This authentic US Military surplus garment is a primary component of the Generation III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). Engineered by Peckham Inc. using Polartec Thermal Pro High Loft fabric, this Level 3 layer is designed to provide significant warmth with minimal weight. The material mimics the thermal properties of natural fur while remaining highly breathable and moisture-wicking for active field use. The Foliage Green colorway is standard for Army combat uniforms of this era.

Condition: Very Good overall condition. The fleece shows light, even wear and minor matting typical of field use. Hardware is fully functional with no significant stains or structural damage observed.
