The Goodwill Rewards Marketplace offers access to thousands of unique donated items that may not be available in our retail stores. Shop clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, accessories, collectibles, home goods, electronics, and more from anywhere, anytime.

Because our inventory is sourced through donations, new products are added daily and many items are available in limited quantities.

Are Items New or Used?

Unless otherwise noted, items sold through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are previously owned merchandise that has been donated to Rappahannock Goodwill Industries. Some donated items may be new with tags or in like-new condition, but most inventory is offered as pre-owned merchandise.

How Donations Become Online Listings

1. Donations Arrive Daily

Community members donate clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, accessories, home goods, collectibles, electronics, and more throughout our service area, including Fredericksburg, Stafford, Caroline, King George, Colonial Beach, Culpeper, Orange, and Louisa.

2. Items Are Carefully Selected

Our team reviews donated items and identifies merchandise that may be a good fit for online shoppers based on factors such as brand, collectibility, rarity, demand, condition, and value.

3. Products Are Photographed and Listed

Selected items are photographed, described, and added to the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace. Listings may include measurements, condition notes, photos, and brand information to help shoppers make informed decisions.

4. Most Finds Are One-of-a-Kind

Unlike traditional retailers, our inventory is donation-based. Most items are unique and available in limited quantities. Once an item sells, it is unlikely that the exact item will be available again.

5. Orders Are Packed and Shipped

Once an order is placed, our team carefully picks, packs, and ships the item. Eligible items may also be available for local pickup.

How Often Is Inventory Updated?

New inventory is added every day. Thousands of items are listed each month, making the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace one of the largest sources of unique donated merchandise in the Fredericksburg region.

Why Wasn't This Item Available in a Goodwill Store?

Certain donated items may be selected for online sale based on factors such as brand, rarity, collectibility, market demand, condition, or value. Revenue generated through online sales helps support Goodwill's mission and community programs throughout our region.

Yes. Purchases made through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are eligible to earn Goodwill Rewards points according to the current program terms.

Can I redeem Goodwill Rewards points online?

Yes. Eligible Goodwill Rewards points may be redeemed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace according to current program rules and redemption options available at checkout.

Can I earn rewards in stores and use them online?

Yes. Goodwill Rewards points may be earned and redeemed across eligible Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail stores and the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace in accordance with current program terms.

Can I earn rewards online and use them in stores?

Yes. Eligible rewards earned through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace may also be redeemed at participating Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail locations.

Do rewards work on other online marketplaces?

No. Goodwill Rewards benefits apply only to eligible purchases made through participating Rappahannock Goodwill Industries retail stores and the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are not eligible unless specifically stated otherwise.

Do you price match items found in Goodwill stores?

No. Prices listed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are determined independently from prices found in our retail stores and are not eligible for price matching.

Why are online prices different from store prices?

The Goodwill Rewards Marketplace includes additional services such as product selection, photography, listing creation, order fulfillment, customer support, and shipping operations. Online pricing may differ from retail store pricing based on product demand, brand, rarity, condition, and marketplace operating costs.

Do you price match other retailers or websites?

No. Prices listed through the Goodwill Rewards Marketplace are not eligible for price matching with other retailers, websites, or marketplaces.
